Preheat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes.
Cut the potatoes into French fries shapes.In a bowl add gram flour, salt, and red chili powder.Now drop in the potatoes you cut earlier in a fries shape. Add a handful of water and mix it with your hands.
Potatoes should be thoroughly coated in gram flour. You can also add another handful of water if you need it.Now hold some potato pieces in your hand and carefully drop them into the oil one by one. Add potatoes in batches. In every batch, you can fry fries according to the size of your frying pan.
After 3 minutes use a slotted spoon to change the sides of potatoes in the frying pan.Fry the potatoes for one minute and drain into a dish or serving plate.
Now sprinkle crispy fried chicken chunks and cheese over the fries and microwave for 2 minutes.Now pour spicy mayo, plum sauce, soy sauce, and ketchup over fries. Sprinkle parsley. Mouthwatering, amazing, flavorful, and my favorite umami fries are ready. Enjoy!!
