First, cut the bananas lengthwise. Now in a bowl combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Gently toss bananas in the mixture and coat well.

In a deep pan or wok, heat about 2 inches of cooking oil over medium-high heat.
Carefully slide a few turons into the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. and enjoy!!
