Ingredients

ground beef
lean or extra lean
½
cup
bulgogi marinade
1
tbsp.
sesame oil
2
green onions
thinly sliced
cooked rice
for serving
Instructions
In a large bowl combine the ground beef and bulgogi marinade.
Mix it well to ensure the beef is evenly coated.
Let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated ground beef to the hot skillet.
Break it up with a spoon and cook it until cooked through for 8-10 minutes.
If the marinade is a bit thin let it simmer until the sauce thickens and remove from heat.
Sprinkle sliced green onion and serve it with cooked rice.
