nori sushi sheets

soy sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger
Instructions
Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi rolling mat.
Spread a thin even layer of sushi rice over the nori leaving about 1 inch of space at the top edge.
Arrange a layer of crab meat, avocado, and cucumber in the center of the rice.
Using the bamboo mat lift the bottom edge of nori over the filling and tightly roll it up, pressing firmly.
Wet the top edge of the nori with a little water to seal the roll.
Using a sharp, wet knife cut the roll into 6 pieces.
Serve immediately with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
