In a bowl pour ground chicken, onion, red bell pepper, celery, carrots, rice vinegar, soy sauce, ground ginger, sesame oil, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch. Mix them using a hand or spoon.
Wrap the Wontons:
Lay a wonton wrapper. Pour the filling with a spoon in the center. Apply water on the edges with a thumb. Pinch the edges together.
Air fry Wontons:
Preheat the air fryer to 400℉ (200℃).
Place wontons carefully in an air fryer baked in a single layer.
Cook wonton for 8-10 mins.
Shake the air fryer basket halfway through cooking for even browning.
Serving
Sprinkle honey or maple syrup before serving.
Serve them with your favorite dipping sauce.
