In a bowl whisk together mayonnaise, pesto, minced garlic cloves, lemon juice, grated parmesan cheese, chopped parsley and red pepper flakes.

Add one pinch of salt and taste some aioli. If the taste is good for you it is okay otherwise you can add more salt.
You may even add some pepper according to your taste.
